No Refund Policy. All sales are final. Once a purchase is made, an energetic commitment is entered into with Dr Jenn, The Intuitive Phoenix and her guides. The spiritual and energetic process starts immediately, often before we have our first meeting or session. You as a client/purchaser may notice a range of feelings and emotions, sometimes accompanied by physical symptoms of wondering if you are getting sick. This is typically your body making preparations for the work that we are about to do together, letting go from your body to create space for what will be created. In addition, we seek to ensure that every effort is made to satisfy all our clients/customers in lieu of payment refund. No exceptions will be made regarding the payment policy.

Liability. Every effort has been made to accurately present information, resources, programs and their potential. The testimonials and examples used don’t apply to every client/purchaser and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Each individual’s success depends on a multitude of factors to include but not limited to, his or her background, dedication, and motivation. As with any endeavor, there is no guarantee that you will see immediate or favorable results. Our resources and information is designed to aid and support you in your process. It is not inclusive of all possible avenues available to you. Information on this website is believed to be accurate at the time they were placed on the website. In addition, you agree that you are responsible for full payment of fees for the purchase you have made regardless of whether you actually attend or complete the service, and regardless of whether you have selected a lump sum or monthly payment plan. To further clarify, no refunds will be issued and all payments must be made on a timely basis. A 15% interest rate will be accrued on all payments that are 10 days late.

Confidential Information. We respect your privacy. We do not sell or share information except when required to complete a purchase, in the course of providing a service or product, and to share and receive information from you. If as part of participation in a group service other participants share confidential information we insist that you respect the privacy of fellow participants.

In the event of a dispute between the Parties, the parties agree that they neither will engage in any conduct or communications, public or private, designed to disparage the other.
