Are You Wanting to SOAR?

Have you been working hard, in some cases for years without the results you are looking for?

One of the things Dr Jenn discovered on her own life adventure that is mirrored again and again by many of her clients and patients is this rollercoaster of ups and downs, of wants and needs, that it often feels like the goal or results you are looking for is just ahead, so close you can feel it and yet often just out of reach.

It means stepping outside of your comfort zone and moving through fear again and again, which often feels hard and harder the closer you get or the longer you have been on this journey with lack of results.

This is where Dr Jenn’s education and experience as a Doctor of Chiropractic has been crucial. It’s where she learned how our nervous system plays a key role in our ability to step outside our comfort zone and move through fear and it requires healing!

It’s why she knows that having a foundation of (inner) Safe Space is necessary to move forward and achieving success.

With this knowledge and awareness she has developed a process called Safe to SOAR which provides the foundation for flying with FLIA- fun, loving, intentional adventure.

The SOAR Process includes Self-discovery * Opportunities * Alignment * Results

It is this process that sets us up for success on top of success especially after bumping up against repeated blocks and challenges from within ourselves in the form of doubt, uncertainty and negative self-talk and outside ourselves from others, society, our governments, etc.

Without a foundation of (inner) Safe Space we often:

  • Feel judged, comparing ourselves to others and coming up short.

  • Second guess ourselves, debating the pros and cons constantly.

  • Playing small in hopes of avoiding failure.

  • Rely on the advice and validation of others.

  • Not being ourselves when we strive to meet others’ “expectations” and “shoulds” even when it doesn’t feel right for ourselves.

  • Feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, sick, and exhausted.
